• Collaborate in creating and implementing social media strategies aligned with business goals, target audiences, and market trends.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in emerging social media trends.
• Coordinate social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across channels.
• Set clear goals for social media campaigns and establish measurable KPIs to monitor performance.

Content Creation and Curation

• Develop engaging content for various social platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics, that captivate our audience.
• Curate relevant, high-quality content from reputable sources to enhance brand credibility and engagement.
• Work closely with design and creative teams to produce visually appealing and shareable content.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and maintain social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Schedule posts and ensure consistent delivery of fresh, engaging content.
• Monitor social media interactions, responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and queries.
• Foster community engagement by cultivating meaningful relationships with followers and encouraging dialogue around our brand.

Social Media Advertising and Promotion:

• Assist in developing and executing paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach, and conversions.
• Keep up-to-date with advertising trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
• Manage seasonal updates for platforms like Facebook Shop, ensuring content reflects current offerings.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Use analytics tools to track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Create detailed reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Perform social media listening and sentiment analysis to understand audience feedback and inform future strategies.

Press and Media Relations:

• Oversee press outreach, managing the press database and sending out seasonal press loans.
• Handle the organisation of sample returns and ensure smooth press loan processes.

Event Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to plan and execute brand events, including seasonal presentations, retail events, press showings, and collaborations, aligned with the annual marketing calendar.

Digital & Email Marketing:

• Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s creative and marketing direction.
• Report on the effectiveness of email campaigns and channel growth.
• Support agencies with seasonal content, flow updates, and copywriting.
• Update web landing pages with seasonal imagery on a regular basis.
• Oversee seasonal launches, ensuring all digital assets and content are in place.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and community management.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
