NY-based bag label and favourite among celebs, Edie Parker, has recently had to file a lawsuit against bag company, Box Bag.

Box Bag has been accused of selling products that seem to carry an indistinguishable resemblance to Edie Parker copyrighted designs.

A classic Edie Parker clutch which features a single flamingo head has been recreated by Box Bag, but their version is with two heads.

Edie Parker is suing for damages in excess of $50,000, and has instructed Box Bag to stop sales immediately.

Despite this, the imitation products retail for a tenth of Edie Parker bags and are still available for purchase.
