Role Description
Belancē is a luxury made-to-measure menswear brand with showrooms in Sydney and Melbourne. We’re looking for a part-time Style Consultant to be the face of Belancē in Melbourne — delivering an exceptional client experience from first appointment through to final fitting.
This is a flexible, casual role suited to someone with a genuine passion for menswear and tailoring, strong people skills, and a natural eye for style.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
- Take new client appointments and guide them through the made-to-measure journey — consultation, fabric and style selection, measuring, fitting and delivery
- Deliver an exceptional level of service at every touchpoint
- Maintain a welcoming, well-presented showroom at all times
Order & Production Support
- Prepare and place client orders accurately
- Track order progress and keep clients updated through to delivery
- Manage fittings and alterations, ensuring every garment is right before it leaves the showroom
- Support the Sydney team with production tracking and order management as required
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in made-to-measure, tailoring, or luxury menswear is highly regarded
- A natural with people — warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the client experience
- Well-organised and comfortable working independently
- Passionate about men’s fashion and tailoring
- Polished presentation and communication, with strong attention to detail
