Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to bring sister brands HARA and HINU to life day to day, across email, content and community.
This is a hands on role for someone who is organised, reliable and genuinely good at holding a brand’s voice. You will keep our campaigns moving, our community cared for, and both brands feeling themselves, every day.
Key Responsibilities
Email marketing
- Work closely with the founder and team on campaign direction, storytelling, and brand expression
- Build and send around two campaigns per brand each week in Klaviyo, following the planned calendar
- Keep email flows, banners and on site content current and accurate
Community and inbox
- Own the marketing inbox in Gorgias
- Flag meaningful feedback, questions and trends from the community to the team
blog and website
- Support blog and website content
Creator and affiliate support
- Coordinate and track gifting and collaborations
Keeping things on track
- Deliver tidy weekly reporting and contribute to the monthly marketing meeting
- Keep both brands aligned and consistent in everything you execute
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing coordinator or similar hands-on marketing role
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar) and a help desk tool like Gorgias
- Comfortable across email, social and basic content/design tools (e.g. Canva)
- Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
- Organised and able to juggle two brands’ calendars and priorities at once
- A genuine interest in fashion, sustainability, storytelling and the community around it
