Role Description
About the role
At Lovaan, we believe in creating timeless, thoughtful collections with a strong focus on sustainability. We are seeking a detail-oriented Wholesale & Operations Assistant to support our growing wholesale channel and ensure seamless day-to-day operations across product, logistics and merchandising. This role sits at the centre of our business – working closely with Production, Merchandising, Finance and our wholesale partners.
Employment Type: Part-time (4 days per week) with potential for Full-time employment

Skills and experience
- Strong numerical ability, comfortable with spreadsheets, reconciliations and workflows.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience in wholesale, logistics, production or merchandise planning (1year ideal).
- Confident using systems such as Shopify, Zedonk, Excel/Google Sheets
- Clear, professional communication style and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and hit deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Wholesale Support
- Manage all wholesale order processing, confirmations and updates.
- Prepare invoices, Proformas and payment tracking for wholesale partners.
- Support with B2B portal updates, line sheets and order entry.
- Assist with sell-in and sell-through reporting, including weekly recaps.
- Operations & Logistics
- Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments (DHL, sea freight, consolidators).
- Book shipments, prepare commercial invoices, reconcile packing lists and track deliveries.
- Liaise with 3PL to ensure accurate receipting and dispatch.
- Maintain up-to-date records for all landed costs, duties, and shipment timelines.
- Merchandising & Inventory
- Support the Merchandise Planning function with data accuracy and weekly reporting.
- Assist with inventory reconciliations, transfers, RTVs and SKU accuracy in Shopify/Zedonk.
- Help maintain season-critical trackers including range plans, cost sheets and zedonk.
