Role Description
The Wholesale & Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Bayse’s wholesale, warehouse, and operational functions. Responsible for managing wholesale administration, B2B orders, invoicing, inventory coordination, sample management, and fulfilment, this role ensures the seamless execution of daily operations across multiple departments.
This is a hands-on role suited to a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across administration, logistics, inventory, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage wholesale orders, invoicing, and customer accounts
- Monitor and coordinate B2B wholesale orders and assets
- Support e-commerce operations, including pricing updates, live drops, and faulty returns
- Coordinate USA samples and maintain sample inventory
- Pick, pack, and dispatch wholesale and e-commerce orders
- Assist with inventory management, freight bookings, and warehouse operations
