Forget swiping left, Tinder will now pick profiles it thinks you’ll like

Love at first swipe.

Heading more in the direction of traditional dating sites, Tinder is trialling a new update that will help you hone in on your soul mate.

According to the app, its new Picks feature is designed to “highlight your most swipe-worthy potential matches and what makes them stand out.”

Every 24 hours, the app will present you with a selection of accounts it believes would be your top picks. The curated selection is based on your previous swipes, taking into account employment, education and the interests of each candidate it shows you. Those with a standard Tinder account will be able to check out their picks, while Tinder Gold subscribers will then be able to view the profiles, swipe on them or Super Like.

The feature is currently being titled throughout Canada, Mexico and parts of Europe, across iOS and Android.
