Role Description
Courtney Zheng is seeking a digitally native and organised E-Commerce & Social Media Intern to join our Sydney HQ team to gain experience across online retail, digital marketing, and brand storytelling.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, Operations Manager and E-Commerce team.
What we’re looking for
- Recently graduated in e-commerce, digital marketing, fashion business, or similar
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for brand-appropriate copy
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop preferred
- Driver’s license preferred
- Any exposure to Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo would be beneficial
Key Responsibilities
- Storefront & product: helping manage our Shopify site, product listings, and merchandising
- Digital marketing: assisting with email marketing (Klaviyo)
- Analytics: learning to track key metrics
- Customer experience: supporting post-purchase comms and returns in line with brand standards
- Content & social: helping shoot, edit, and schedule content across our social channels
- Digital asset management: keeping our content library in Google Drive organised
- Operations: coordinating with production and warehouse on stock and fulfilment
