About the role
Reporting into the Head of Brand & Marketing, our future Senior Designer takes ownership of brand guidelines, asset delivery, collaborates on art direction, and ensures brand excellence across every marketing touchpoint. Collaborating strongly with Marketing and Ecommerce, you will drive campaign and web design, lead content shoots, and work towards a cohesive, elevated brand experience across every channel.
What a successful candidate looks like
- 3-5 years experience in Graphic Design
- Fashion experience essential, luxury is preferred.
- In depth experience using design and illustration software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with digital design workflows.
- Strong awareness of global fashion trends, retail markets, and customer behaviour, with an eye for commercial viability and brand alignment.
- High attention to detail and luxury alignment
- Excellent organisational skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to inclusive, respectful teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Brand guidelines
- Define and develop existing brand guidelines, design architecture, font treatments, style guide, brand book, packaging, ensuring to enforce cross-functionally across all internal and external content assets.
- Ensure all content delivered across every marketing touchpoint reflects tone of voice and is elevated and cohesive.
- Lead creation of presentation and templates for internal reporting and external brand presentations.
- Key contributor and collaborator with other functions on all things design, creating compelling briefs to be managed up to senior management on design projects.
Asset Delivery
- Responsible for the final seasonal lookbook, style book and brand assets
- Overseeing execution of all batch retouching across campaign + ecommerce imagery.
- Lead creation of sale and promotional assets to be used across multi-channels.
- Proactively producing revenue-driving content across video + stills.
- Design and production of all offline assets – e.g. retail signage, pop up store mock ups, brand decals etc.
- Leading and overseeing external agencies and partners to drive efficiencies in the content space.
Branding / Art Direction
- Constantly assessing brand touchpoints and brand journey, proactively finding areas of improvement and pitching internally.
- Proactively creating compelling and customer-centric content for our audience to increase engagement and revenue for the business.
- Concepting and directing content shoots with ecommerce and wholesale business channels in mind.
- Involvement in concepting processes for seasonal campaign shoots with Head of Brand.
- Direct and brief captivating video content to be used across different channels.
- Completed design understanding of all offline execution of all visual projects, from packaging projects to new season launches, to retail activations.
Web design
- Produce mock ups for website improvements, executing mobile-first strategy.
- Collaborating with the ecommerce team to design intuitive and visually appealing web pages and features that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
Organisational Excellence
- Manages briefs & deadlines to ensure creative is delivered to meet the marketing calendar objectives.
- Continuously pushing creative boundaries to position LEO LIN as a leader in the industry
- Works collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
- Through team, ensures all marketing activities meet business requirements.
- Clear and positive communication on projects and timelines with all departments.
